CROSSFIT
You want to work toward being decidedly fit, look better, find health and make your daily workout ingrained in your life. Our program delivers a fun, challenging, and rewarding path to achieving fitness, through group class attendance.
HIGHSCHOOL
Highschool students looking to improve their sports performance or create positive relationship with fitness and health. Students become fast, explosive, powerful, strong, and agile through a supportive and challenging environment.
This program yields confidence and toughness that translates to the field, classroom, and life.
CROSSFIT KIDS
Our kids program focuses on having fun, learning to move their bodies, and developing the love for a challenge. Kids learn proper mechanics and consistency in a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
COMPETITORS
You are an athlete at heart and see CrossFit not just as a fitness program but also as a competitive outlet. You are a proficient CrossFit athlete and want to develop the capacities and traits necessary to excel in competitions. Our Competitor Program delivers additional training and development in a combination of group and self-directed environments.
LEGENDS
Are you 60 years and older but not ready to slow down! You would like to improve your functional fitness, such that your body supports the brain-body connection as you age. Our program for seniors increases functional capacity. Strength, balance, flexibility and coordination in a fun and challenging environment amongst those of a similar age. No previous exercise history is required.

Billing: Memberships are direct debited weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on what you tick when signing up to Ezidebit. All members are required to keep an active credit/debit card on file to be used for membership payments.
Refunds: Payments will not be refunded if already processed. Memberships are non-transferrable.
Membership holds:
- Memberships can be put on hold for a period of 2-3 weeks twice in a calendar year.
- Holds are for the purpose of injury, illness or holidays.
- Hold request form must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the commencement date.
Notice for cancellation: There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations require 2 weeks notice and must be submitted via email (antlivcf@outlook.com) NB: Once a membership has been cancelled, any new memberships will be subject to price changes in accordance with the current membership rates.
Ezidebit Fees: If your scheduled payment fails, EziDebit charges a $21.90 fee for every failed transaction. Unfortunately this is not something we can control, so we encourage you to please schedule your payments for a date where you expect to have funds in the account and speak with your bank or credit card company to amend any issues. Failed payments will be re-processed the following day. More than two failed payments will result in suspension of membership.
The onus is on the member to ensure they have accurate debit information on file, as well as an email address to receive communications from Crossfit Highfields and Ezidebit related to their account.
Bank account transactions are charged at $1.25 and Visa/Mastercard transactions are 2.5%
EziDebit charges a $5.50 one-off admin fee for each new member.
