Membership Hold Request
You have the option to put automatically recurring or paid in full membership on hold for any reason.
You may put your membership on hold from one up to four weeks increments for any reason, for a maximum of four consecutive weeks per calendar year.
You must request a hold no later than five (5) days before the forthcoming date of your direct debit payment. Holds must be requested via our website’s Membership Hold Request page.
Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.
You shall not cancel your membership while your membership is on hold. Once your hold has expired, you may cancel your membership if you choose. If you would like to cancel your membership instead of placing it on hold, you may do so via the Membership Cancellation page on our website, linked on the footer. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it has been cancelled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
Membership holds can only be applied to future dates.
